Hardwood Refinishing

If your wood floors are structurally sound and have enough wear layer left, refinishing costs a fraction of replacement and takes a few days. We sand to bare wood, repair damaged boards, and finish with low-VOC waterborne or oil-modified urethane depending on the look and cure time you need.

What’s included

  • Stain, finish, and any replacement boards supplied — matched to your existing species and grade
  • Dust-contained sanding
  • Board replacement and repair
  • Custom stain matching
  • Waterborne or oil-modified polyurethane
  • Screen-and-recoat for floors that aren't ready for a full sand
